City Seeks Redevelopment Proposals for 333 Elm Street

The City of Ludlow is seeking redevelopment proposals for 333 Elm Street, located city center in the historic downtown. Interested parties may pick up the Redevelopment Package at the City Administrative Offices located at 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-4 p.m. You may also contact Amie Gosser at [email protected] and request a copy be mailed to you.

We will follow up with those who pick up or request a mailed copy. There is no deadline for submissions, but it is encouraged submissions be received by March 1, 2018. Review of submissions will occur as they are submitted and it is anticipated initial interviews will begin no later than March 5, 2018.

The City of Ludlow anticipates receiving creative proposals meeting basic criteria described in the Redevelopment Package. This property is owned by the City of Ludlow, and will be used as incentive to ensure maximized potential for this pivotal property.
