A Ludlow City Council special meeting has been called for Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ludlow Municipal Center, Ed F. Schroeder Meeting Hall, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY for the first reading of Ordinance 2021-12 amending the budget for fiscal year 2021-2022, to allow for additional expenses with the Adela Avenue Restoration Project.
