The City of
Ludlow, KY (population 4,536) seeks a motivated, experienced professional to
serve as an advanced level Administrative Assistant (Administrative Assistant
II) (Full Time). Responsibilities include customer service and
front desk service, website and social media management, clerical support to
department heads, provides support to Administrative staff, and other necessary
support and clerical duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will
possess excellent organizational, administrative, and oral and written
communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work
effectively with City Staff. Must
possess a valid Driver’s License. High
school diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred, three years of
experience in administration, finance, local government, or a closely related field.
Any combination of education and experience will be considered. Salary Range $15-$18/hr. DOQ. Interested
